Dale Salton is a Consultant working primarily in the Litigation and Valuation practice.
Mr. Salton supports expert analysis of the damages associated with various types of commercial disputes, including misuse of intellectual property, breach of contract, and unfair competition.
In the context of dispute resolution, Mr. Salton has analyzed the economics of a variety of industries including transportation, consumer products, telecommunications, software, and bioenergy. Mr. Salton also assists patent holders with licensing their intellectual property outside the context of litigation by researching potential licensees and royalty rates, and performing market analyses.
In addition to his work within the Litigation and Valuation practice area, Mr. Salton performs regional economic and industry analyses in support of law firm merger and acquisition activity.
Mr. Salton earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and has completed graduate-level coursework in accounting and finance at the Harvard University Extension School. He is a CFA level 2 candidate.
